Come out and join Forest Park Conservancy on this calm and mindful morning forest bathing walk!
During this walk, you’ll be offered a number of mindful invitations to help you slow down, engage your senses, connect with the natural world, and experience the restorative qualities of nature.
Location: Springville Road Trailhead. Forest Park, Portland, OR
Time: Sunday, October 10th; 9:30am
Gear: Please bring a yoga mat, dress for the weather, and wear closed-toed shoes!
Safety Protocol: All participants must register for the event. Masks are not required for participation, but we ask that participants remain socially distanced whenever possible. Please read our additional health and safety guidelines.
