Join us for a Prometheus Neighbor exclusive hike with our friends at Forest Park Conservancy! Bring a furry friend and explore what Forest Park has to offer! This event will kickoff a series of dog-friendly hikes in Forest Park that will be open to the public.
When: Saturday, December 2nd, 2023, 10 AM - 1 PM
Where: Lower Macleay Trail Head
What: We will hike along the Leif Erikson trail into the forest. FPC will take questions and provide insight into the stewardship of this special place.
Preparation: Please dress in non-restrictive clothing and wear close-toed shoes. You may wish to bring a little water, too. You may wish to bring any medications, bug spray, or sunscreen that you feel you might need.
Also, due to the limited space, please ensure each furry friend has a human buddy for the hike. Dogs will be expected to be leashed at all times, and leashes must range from 5ft to 7ft.
