It's important to take a moment to slow down sometimes, and learn to open yourself to the forest. Breath is a part of the element of air, which is all around us. In our busy days, we forget to breathe deeply and lose awareness of our internal air.
FPC's Nature Education Manager, Dawn, will be leading this event, inviting participants to craft feather sticks and join in some breathing exercises in Forest Park. Breathing exercises are not only good for your health, but connecting ourselves to the land further deepens our connection to Forest Park.
