Attendance: We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but it's crucial for the success of our events that volunteers keep us updated. If you find yourself unable to attend, we kindly ask that you promptly drop out to allow others the opportunity to participate.
Failure to attend without prior notice not only impacts the smooth functioning of our events but also affects the experience of other volunteers.
